A thermal cutter is the perfect tool for processing EPS foam. When we create figures and sculptures with ConcreteClay™, we often use EPS foam or Styrofoam as the skeleton for the form. Anyone who has worked with foam before knows that using a regular saw or utility knife results in significant cleanup. With a thermal cutter, foam crumbling is considerably minimized. Furthermore, the hot wire knife slices easily through the foam, allowing you to quickly and effortlessly shape your base form.

The thermal cutter includes 2 blades (1 x 250 mm and 1 x 200 mm) and is delivered in a practical carrying case. The case also contains a guide foot to help you achieve perfectly straight cuts. (230 Volts, 250 Watts).

This thermal cutter is air-cooled, allowing for extended use while minimizing the risk of overheating. The temperature is variable, reaching up to 500°C.
