This system comprises a high-grade adhesion medium, concrete powder, and a dedicated emulsifier. It is engineered to transform organic and textile substrates into rigid, mineral-finished components for exhibits and decor.
Preparation & Mixing:

Mixing Ratio: Combine the concrete powder and emulsifier at a 2:1 ratio by weight (e.g., 100g powder to 50g emulsifier) to achieve the optimal liquid consistency.

Substrate Treatment: * Non-Absorbent Objects: Must be pre-coated with the Adhesion Medium via dipping or soft-brush application. The surface remains tacky after drying; therefore, the use of protective gloves is mandatory. Suspend the object upside down for 60 minutes to allow excess medium to drain.

Absorbent Objects: Materials such as textiles or wool do not require the Adhesion Medium. Instead, pre-soak in water and wring out thoroughly to ensure maximum absorption of the concrete mixture.

Application & Curing:

Dipping: Submerge the pre-treated object into the concrete mixture.

Styling: For textiles, shape the material as desired immediately after dipping. The surface can be further refined with a brush to achieve the required texture.

Curing Time: Approximately 24 hours.

Maintenance: Clean all tools with water immediately after use to prevent mineral buildup.
