Description

For optimal surface preparation, apply the Adhesion Medium by dipping the object directly into the medium. Alternatively, for complex geometries or specific areas, the medium may be applied using a professional-grade brush. To prevent surface sagging or accumulation of excess medium, suspend the object upside down during the curing phase.

Technical Specifications:

Curing Time: Approximately 60 minutes for the Adhesion Medium to achieve full surface stability.
Secondary Application: Once the adhesion layer is dry, proceed by dipping the object into the dipping metal.
Detailing: If required, use a brush to ensure full coverage of intricate recesses or undercut areas.
Final Drying: When the entire surface is uniformly coated with dipping metal, suspend the object upside down once more to ensure an even, drip-free finish.
