Thickener is used with Liquid Latex to create a richer, more viscous consistency.

Available in 250 ml, 500 ml, 1,000 ml, and 5,000 ml sizes.

Recommended dosage: 1–5% of the latex volume.

A thicker latex consistency is particularly useful when making latex molds after applying the first 5–10 layers of standard latex. This allows you to apply thicker layers at once. Note that drying time will be longer for layers mixed with thickener compared to regular latex.

Description

Latex Thickener Usage Guidelines:

For 0.5 L of Liquid Latex: use a maximum of 25 ml Thickener.
For 1 L of Liquid Latex: use a maximum of 50 ml Thickener.
For 5 L of Liquid Latex: use a maximum of 250 ml Thickener.
For 10 L of Liquid Latex: use a maximum of 500 ml Thickener (0.5 L).
For 20 L of Liquid Latex: use a maximum of 1,000 ml Thickener (1 L).
For 100 L of Liquid Latex: use a maximum of 5,000 ml Thickener (5 L).

These recommended amounts ensure optimal consistency while maintaining the quality and flexibility of your latex products. Always mix thoroughly and adjust cautiously to avoid over-thickening.
