TERMS & CONDITIONS — MakeMake

We reserve the right for typographical errors and omitted prices.

2. Payment

On MakeMake.eu you can pay using MobilePay, ViaBill and the following cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Dankort, Visa Dankort, PayPal and Klarna.

Payments by bank transfer, cheque or similar are not protected by chargeback rights.

Your card will only be charged when the goods are dispatched.

Due to VAT-regulations in the UK, minimum order value to the UK is £135 before freight. Orders below £135 will be annulled.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Methods

We ship using GLS. Depending on which country you are ordering from you can choose:

  • Delivery to parcel shop

  • Private Delivery to your home 

3.2 Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email.

3.3 Delivery Times

  • Denmark: 1–2 business days

  • EU: approx. 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU (incl. UK): delivery time may vary depending on customs processing

3.4 Customs and Import Fees (Outside EU)

Customs duties, import VAT or local handling fees are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Due to VAT-regulations in the UK, minimum order value to the UK is £135 before freight. Orders below £135 will be annulled.

3.5 Unclaimed Parcels

If you do not pick up the parcel in time, the shipment will be returned to us.

A return and handling fee of 20 EUR per parcel will be deducted from your refund.
(Price adjusted from Danish rate to reflect international return costs.)

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you:

  • receive the goods, or

  • receive the last item in a multi-item order delivered separately.

You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel your purchase by contacting:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing receipt without notifying us.

5. Returning Goods

5.1 Return Deadline

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

5.2 Return Costs

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods.

5.3 Return Address

Goods must be sent directly to:

We do not accept:

  • parcels without home delivery

  • parcels sent “cash on delivery”

  • parcels delivered to parcel shops

5.4 Recommended Carrier

For secure delivery, we recommend GLS or similar services that deliver directly to our address.

6. Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.

  • If the product is returned in unused, original condition → full refund

  • If used beyond what is required for inspection → partial or zero refund depending on market value

7. Refunds

We refund all payments for the returned goods (minus any applicable value reduction) without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods, or until documentation of return is provided.

Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty and Complaints

8.1 Warranty Period

As required under EU law, you have a 24-month warranty on consumer goods.

8.2 Complaint Procedure

All complaints must be submitted via email to:

and must include clear photographic documentation.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable return shipping costs.

8.3 Defective Goods

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund

  • price reduction

Complaints submitted within 2 months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

9. Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards are electronic and valid for 3 years from the date of issue

  • They can be used as payment in the webshop

  • You may request payout of remaining balance during the validity period and up to 1 year after expiration

  • Lost or misused gift cards cannot be replaced

  • 14-day withdrawal right applies if unused

No fees apply.

10. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)

We collect the following information in order to process your order:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Data is kept for 5 years and then deleted.

  • right of access

  • right to object

  • right to rectification

  • right to deletion (under certain conditions)

11. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve your issue, you may file a complaint with the relevant authority.

EU customers:

You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms follow Danish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

12. PriceRunner Buyer Protection

As a PriceRunner member, your purchase may be covered by the PriceRunner Buyer Protection program up to 50,000 DKK (or equivalent in EUR), depending on their conditions.
