This high-performance CastingConcrete is engineered with exceptional fluidity and superior structural integrity, making it the ideal solution for high-precision mould casting. Once fully cured, the material presents a refined dark grey finish.

Available Quantities: Select your required volume of 9 kg or 18 kg via the 'Select Quantity' dropdown menu.

Key Performance Benefits:

  • Superior Durability: Engineered to reach a final strength 5x greater than standard concrete.

  • Self-Leveling Properties: Eliminates the need for mechanical vibration; a gentle tap on the mould is sufficient to ensure complete coverage.

  • Pore-Free Surface: Specifically formulated to prevent air pockets, ensuring a smooth, professional-grade cast every time.

  • Weather Resistance: Fully frost-proof, allowing finished pieces to withstand year-round outdoor exposure.

  • Rapid De-moulding: High early strength allows for safe removal from the mould after just 24 hours.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL NOTE: This specific MakeMake® formula is incompatible with both "Standard" and "Slow" alginate impression materials.

Mixing Ratios: Combine 18 kg of concrete with 2.7–3.25 litres of water, equivalent to approximately 15–18% water content. (For smaller batches, use 1.5–1.8 dl of water per 1 kg of concrete). 18 kg of CastingConcrete yields approximately 10 litres of finished material.

Application & Mixing: Note: To ensure all plasticizers are fully activated, the mixture must be agitated for a minimum of 6 minutes using a forced-action mixer or a high-torque drill mixer. While this concrete does not require mechanical vibration, it is recommended to gently tap the mould to release any entrapped air bubbles and ensure a flawless surface finish.

Curing Process:

  • 24 Hours: Achieves the structural strength of standard concrete.

  • 4 Days: Reaches 3x the strength of standard concrete.

  • 7 Days: Reaches peak performance at 5x the strength of standard concrete.

Storage: Store unmixed material in a dry environment in hermetically sealed packaging.
