Description

For optimal surface preparation, apply the Adhesion Medium by dipping the object directly into the medium. For specific areas or complex geometries, a brush application is also suitable. To prevent the accumulation of excess medium or surface running, suspend the object upside down during the curing process.

Technical Specifications & Curing:

Adhesion Layer: Drying time is approximately 60 minutes.
Coating Process: Once the adhesion layer is stable, dip the object into the dipping metal. Use a brush for any required detailing to ensure 100% surface coverage.
Final Finish: Suspend the object upside down to dry. The dipping metal cures in approximately 60 minutes, resulting in a smooth, shimmering metallic surface.

Surface Oxidation The metallic finish can be technically aged or distressed by applying an oxidising agent. This allows for controlled patination and the creation of verdigris effects on specific areas of the model, providing an authentic weathered aesthetic.
