If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete the form below.
Once we have received your notice, we will send a confirmation by email.
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, received the goods. For partial returns, please specify which items you wish to return.

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will send a confirmation by email.
The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
The refund will be made once the item has been received by us, or when documentation is provided showing that the item has been dispatched to us.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
For products where broken packaging may affect quality, shelf life or resale value, a deduction for loss of value may be made following an individual assessment.
