Electronic Silicone is ideal for sealing electrical components. Once encapsulated, it provides moisture and water protection, safeguards against open flames, radiation, and mechanical wear.

The silicone features low viscosity, making it easy to pour, and it adheres well to a wide range of substrates, including polycarbonate, PP, ABS, PVC, and metals. It is primarily used for electronic moisture protection and waterproofing applications. The material withstands temperatures from -60°C to 250°C.

The silicone is fully transparent but can be coloured if desired. Gloves are recommended during handling, as the material is sticky.

Mixing & Curing:

Mix ratio: 1:1 (A:B)
Pot Life: 60-120 minutes
Full cure: 6-12 hours at room temperature (curing time can be reduced at higher temperatures)
Minimal shrinkage: <0.1%

Kit Contents: 2 kg total - 1 kg Component A and 1 kg Component B
