To achieve professional patination, apply a thin, uniform layer of the oxidation medium to surfaces previously treated with iron or metal primer. Allow the medium to react for 8–10 hours, during which the oxidation effect will develop. Once the desired aesthetic is achieved, the surface must be sealed with a thin layer of Zapon metal protection to stabilise the finish.

Colour Calibration: The bottle indicates two specific colour outcomes. These represent the tonal variations achieved depending on the substrate; this specific medium produces blue-green hues on both iron and metal primers, with subtle shade differences as illustrated on the packaging.
Surface Stabilisation: Final coating with Zapon lacquer is essential to protect the oxidation from further environmental influence.
